I believe that everyone who comes for counseling is seeking change in their life to live more genuinely and happily. The focus of counseling is the person. The process is a holistic process that includes the spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical aspects of the individual. I believe that good counseling involves good clinical assessment and diagnosis to assist in developing a treatment plan and proper interventions.
