Personal statements:

My passion is to help people achieve wholeness and wellbeing through pursuing a right relationship with God, self and others. I believe inviting God’s grace and truth into our personal struggles and daily problems can be transformational. Learning healthy interpersonal boundaries, positive conflict resolution skills, emotional & physical self-awareness, and resolving early childhood attachment wounds are often key ingredients to becoming one’s best self.  I also find it rewarding to help people improve dysfunctional communication patterns with significant others and to connect with each other in a way that brings greater emotional intimacy & harmony. One of my favorite scripture verses is John 10:10, “ The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
