Personal statements:

My passion is to help people pursue wholeness through being in a right relationship with God, self and others. I believe inviting God’s grace and truth into our personal struggles is transformational. My style of therapy is to listen intuitively to what’s being said, both verbally and non-verbally. I often use expressive arts & mindfulness exercises to help clients connect with their bodies and souls, which in turn helps bring integration between the mind and heart. Learning healthy coping strategies, interpersonal boundaries, emotional regulation, and an awareness of the mind-body connection are key ingredients to becoming our best self. Resolving childhood attachment wounds is also a significant focus in my work with clients. One of my favorite scripture verses is John 10:10, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
