Personal Statement:

One of the things that drew me to counseling was my compelling interest to journey beside people from all different walks of life. I am a natural listener and my style is GENTLE and supportive. I tend to build a strong rapport with my clients based on trust and acceptance. I enjoy using creative interventions including art/drawing, sand tray, games, and therapeutic stories with my clients. I have experienced God’s healing in my own life and it is an honor for me to share that experience of hope and healing with others. My husband and I married in 2004 and parent two lively, entertaining, and wonderful boys. My loves in life (besides my family) include coffee, writing devotions, listening to inspiring podcasts, taking long walks, reading good books, shopping thrift and home good stores, and taking pictures.
