Do you find yourself saying “yes” when you really mean “no”? Do you feel responsible for other people’s emotions, or struggle to know where you end and someone else begins? If so, you’re not alone — and this group was created with you in mind.
Desert Streams is excited to announce the Boundaries Therapeutic Book Group for Women, a supportive space where women can come together to read, reflect, and grow.
About the Group
Together, we’ll read and discuss Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend — one of the most impactful books ever written on the topic of healthy relationships and personal responsibility. Through guided discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what boundaries mean in your own life, relationships, and faith journey.
As Cloud and Townsend write:
“Boundaries define us. They define what is me and what is not me. A boundary shows me where I end and someone else begins, leading me to a sense of ownership.”
This group is designed to be warm, welcoming, and judgment-free. Whether you’re new to the concept of boundaries or looking to go deeper, there’s a place for you here.
