Personal statement:
We all have a story with seasons of strength and suffering, and you deserve a safe and non-judgmental place to share yours. In the midst of affliction, one’s internal experiences may feel chaotic and overwhelming. My goal is to walk alongside you on this journey as you seek victory over the things that bind you. I seek to support the work God is doing in you, focus on how to utilize your strengths, facilitate healing, give you tools and skills to make sense of your experience, and empower you to cope in ways that take you where God is leading you. You are not alone, and your courage in seeking help inspires me. I am honored to be a part of this work with you, to hold space for the pain and fear you may be experiencing, and to offer hope that healing, recovery, and redemption are possible.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4 & 7
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God…. And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you will partake of the consolation.”
