Personal statement:
My mission is to alleviate suffering in the world. I walk alongside you in finding restoration, resilience, and wholeness-supporting you as you move beyond what weighs you down and into the fullness of who God created you to be.
I believe healing is truly possible. I focus on helping you release those emotions like shame, guilt, anger, sadness, regret, and resentment that are not useful while guiding you toward clarity, peace, and spiritual renewal. With healing, there is freedom-freedom to go do all those things that you love doing.
As a Christian, licensed therapist, spiritual director, and Rapid Resolution Therapy Facilitator, I am passionate about helping individuals experience clarity, freedom, and renewed purpose. Drawing from neuroscience-informed methods, I integrate clinical understanding with the profound truth that healing is always possible. As spiritual beings deeply loved and continually guided by God, I tend to your spiritual wellness. I create space for healing and wholeness, positively impacting mind, body and soul.
Beyond my work, I am the proud mother of five grown children and raise goats alongside two dogs. My hobbies keep me anchored and connected to nature. I love spending time outdoors-camping, hiking, and creating. I enjoy knitting, sewing, and even making my own watercolor pigments from the earth. I am also fascinated by the human brain and how God designed our minds for survival. I study neuroscience and neuropsychology daily to discover the most effective, evidence-based approaches to support you on your journey toward healing, clarity, and freedom.
I believe that connection heals. Whether you’re navigating acute distress or long-standing patterns, I focus on treating you as a whole person-mind, body, and spirit-while inviting God’s love and guidance into every step of the journey.
