Personal statement:
Having experienced life-changing trauma, I approach therapy with a simple belief that people want change, and they are more capable than they realize to achieve the outcomes they desire. When something central to who you are is taken away or changes in ways you don’t want, whether through injury, career change, or life circumstances, it can feel disorienting and overwhelming. I help clients rebuild a sense of identity, regain confidence, and move into what
comes next with purpose. My work is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy and trauma reprocessing, which means we spend time building clear, practical steps toward the life you want.
My wife Angela and I have been married since 1997 and are parents to 3 amazing young adults who have been involved in high-level athletics and collegiate sports. I enjoy backpacking/hiking, winter camping, and international travel. I am grateful that God has granted me the opportunity to serve my clients and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
