It is a sacred privilege for me to walk alongside those who are hurting. As a person of faith, I believe that healing happens in the context of connection—both with others and with God. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that every person’s story matters. I practice as an experiential therapist, which means I help clients move beyond insight alone and into lived, felt experiences that support lasting change. I am especially honored to journey with individuals and couples navigating sexual struggles, helping them find clarity, healing, and deeper intimacy.
I have been married to my husband for over 25 years and we have four adult children.
