I have witnessed firsthand how anyone can end up struggling. When life is full of non-stop responsibilities it is easy for anxiety and discouragement to follow. The good news is that I’ve also witnessed how God is able to interrupt that cycle. I love to help my clients consider how they can lighten their emotional load, heal from the past, and use some new strategies as they move forward.
